Duh

I was watching WUSA channel 9 today a lunch and heard one of the funniest teasers to a story. Going to a commercial, the anchor says "Coming up next, President Obama ruffles some feathers."

I sat there thinking to myself  "DUH, where have you been for the last 3 years?"

Article 4 Section 4

The US Constitution says in Article 4 Section 4

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion;..."

So I looked up the word "Invasion"

Invasion - infringement by intrusion.

Hmmm. So I had to look up those words.

Infringement - a breach or infraction, as of a law, right, or obligation; violation; transgression.
Intrusion - an illegal act of entering, seizing, or taking possession of another's property

So therefore, doesn't Arizona and the other states have the right to enforce the Constitution when the federal government fails to do so ?
